Table of Plenty

Table of Plenty is a free monthly community meal that serves neighbors from across the Aberdeen area in a spirit of hospitality, compassion, and fellowship. It is prepared and served by various individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations within and around the Aberdeen community.

Table of Plenty was started in 2013, and since its inception, over 20,000 meals have been served.

Our Mission

Each month, we open our doors to nourish anyone who comes–-from those in need of a warm meal, individuals looking for friendship and conversation often associated with breaking bread, or those who would like a quick, easy way to feed their busy families. The meal is open to families, seniors, students, and individuals alike, free of charge, and rooted in the belief that a strong community cares for one another.

At Zion, we believe Table of Plenty reflects our core value of strengthening connections within the community, as this ministry embodies Philippians 4:11-13 and the call of Feeding People, Nourishing Souls.
